Orders placed on this website are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. 
Currently there are no tariffs (duties) or taxes applied to orders which are valued under $400 USD. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest information on potential fees before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable US importation costs.

Free standard shipping (4-9 days) on orders over $62.5, before shipping and taxes.
Same-Day shipping on orders processed before 2:00pm EST, Mon - Fri*
Valid to all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands only.
No cash value & no adjustment on previous orders.
Does not apply to refunds or exchanges. Offer may expire without notice.
We ship daily with the US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.
 
Shipping Info & Details:
For a limited time, if the items in your Cart total over $62.5, then your order qualifies for Free Shipping to anywhere in the United States (territories excluded).
We reserve the right to decline Express shipping options to certain remote and rural regions.

International orders are available and will be invoiced on an individual basis. Please email or phone for a real-time shipping quote based on your order dimensions. We can then create a custom invoice with your preferred International postage. 

All orders are tracked and insured. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link and carrier information.

*We attempt Same Day shipping on all orders processed before 2:00pm EST. If your parcel isn't shipped 'Same Day', then it will be shipped on the following business day.

"Free Shipping" applies to original outbound shipping costs only. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs and one-way postage fees for product exchanges. Please read our Returns Policy for complete details.

What does buying from a Canadian company mean for you?
1. Tax-free purchases - orders shipped from Canada to the USA are excluded from Sales or VAT Taxes.
2. Orders valued over $400 USD may be asked to pay USA Customs import duties or brokerage fees before the release of your order. Please check with your local USPS courier for updates on limits and rates. Customers are responsible for any additional importation duties, taxes, and brokerage fees accrued.
3. Shipping times may be delayed by up to 3 business days: This security screening process is enforced by USA Customs Authorities and may or may not affect your shipment. These unexpected Customs delays do not warrant any refunds or reduced shipping fees.

We ship with FedEx, UPS, and very often with the United States Postal Service. The USPS and CanadaPost work in conjunction to save everyone from the costs of brokerage fees incurred with private courier companies. Shipping times to the USA are most commonly 3-9 business days.
